		<description>Sure, I bet the sea has some benefit - especially if it is 68 or below. A lot of what we know about cold water therapy comes from studies on winter swimmers - not that you need to do anything quite as intense as winter swimming. I find it is much easier to take a cold shower after working out, or sometimes right after waking up. Other than that, there is always a little initial discomfort to push through, but it feels good eventually!</description>

		<description>This all makes sense if I could only bear to do it. But I do manage to go in the cold sea once a week so I wonder if that&#039;s enough to help. Also when I wash my hair I always rinse it in cold water as it makes hair shinier:) There, another good reason to take a cold shower. Thanks for the interesting info, Annabel</description>
